    • Look for the designated section for "Result of Secondary (Academic) Regular/Private Examination February/March-2024" at home page and click on it.
    • Select your exam type (Regular or Private).
    • Enter your roll number and date of birth in the provided fields.

    Q: Who is eligible for enrolment? 
    A: Eligible students include:
    • Regular/Private students with a completed ‘Enrolment-cum-Admission form’ and fee within prescribed dates.
    • Students admitted to 8th class in recognized institutions who have passed 7th Standard.
    • Students from other boards/states/countries seeking admission in Haryana, subject to certain conditions.
    • Students admitted due to migration or other valid reasons not enrolled earlier.
    Q: What are the conditions for students migrating from other boards or states? 
    A: Migrating students must be admitted within prescribed dates or within 20 days from the last date of issuing School Leaving Certificate (SLC). The enrolment return and fee must be submitted within 15 days of admission.

    Q: Is there a fee for enrolment? 
    A: Yes, the enrolment fee is:
    • Rs. 150 for students who passed 10th and 11th class from the Board or recognized institutions.
    • Rs. 200 for students from other boards/institutions. These fees are subject to change by the Board.
    Q: When should the enrolment return and fee be submitted? 
    A: Submission dates are as fixed by the Chairman each academic year. Late submissions are allowed with additional fees, varying based on the date of submission.

    Q: Can corrections be made to the enrolment return? 
    A: Yes, corrections can be made by submitting supporting documents and a fee of Rs. 300 per correction by 31st December of the same academic year.

    Q: What happens if a school fails to remove discrepancies or complete documents? 
    A: If discrepancies are not resolved or documents are not completed 15 days before the academic yearly examination, the enrolment return will be cancelled by the Secretary.

    Q: Are there any special provisions for late enrolment due to delayed results? 
    A: If a student’s result is delayed and they take admission within 20 days of the result declaration, their enrolment return will be accepted without a late fee within the next 15 days, except in cases where the result was delayed due to fee issues.
